How we started
Founded in 1934 by William Dent from Cumbernauld village, the company quickly grew and was recognised widely within the area. In 1957, Bobby Dent joined his father in the family business, he would go on to take over from his father expanding the business further going from general plumbing to larger scale domestic and commercial services.
Where we are now
Over the years more family members joined the business including, Bobby's two sons Richard and Robert along with his grandson Johnathan. With the new additions; the business diversified into other aspects of plumbing, covering a wider area throughout Cumbernauld, Glasgow, Fife and Edinburgh.
William Dent & Son now provide Full Bathroom Installations, Gas and Boiler Installations, Underfloor Heating whilst still maintaining domestic and commercial services.
